"In today’s world when something goes wrong, as individuals or businesses we usually learn about it very quickly. However, when things “go right” people usually accept this and move on. I want to take the time to write about our appreciation for a job that was done extremely well. Initially I was going to attempt to send this to a Supervisor, but instead decided to send this directly to you.

My Wife and I had worked with a few companies prior to receiving a call from Mortgage Concepts. They all seemed to want our business. As you know the paperwork is cumbersome to say the least and down right frustrating to the consumer (in fact a night-mare in some cases). With everything that must be covered, road-blocks must be fairly common. Without exception every “Associate” we had was nearly impossible to access when we needed them, were one dimensional in their thinking and in the end really didn’t seem to want the business “that much”. By the time I had reached you I was so frustrated, weary, and tired of hearing the same old “lines” that I am afraid I wasn’t exactly fair with you. (For that I apologize).

At first I thought it was just another waste of enormous time filling out tons of forms and documents. Then I started to notice that when I had questions they were getting answered. I also noticed that unlike every other company my questions were answered almost immediately (let alone in the same week). You made yourself accessible and truly treated us as if our business meant something. Even more so, you treated us like people (not just another “account”). Your information was timely and accurate. What took other companies literally months, we were able to accomplish in a few weeks. “Communication” is the most essential ingredient when dealing with people and you truly excelled in that department.

Thank you for making this as “painless” as possible and for the service you rendered.
